Persuasion

Persuasion is the ability to force your will upon other subjects. This can be done in a number of ways, either by actually forcing them with a mental-backed command, to pleading and having them convinced that they chose to do it of their own free will. Either way, it's backing your worded commands with a mental compulsion that can be very hard to resist.
