Dramatic structure

Exposition	News announcements of missing persons. Rumors of mutants gone missing.
Conflict	Scenes involving NPC mutants being taken under the noses of PC mutants, they can be foiled or not. Should the kidnappings prove to be unsuccessful, give an information dump as a reward.
Rising action	Rumors in the underground and criminal organizations of Manhattan that there is going to be a special auction. More criminal activity in Manhattan. Kidnappings continue, the more that are foiled the more information dumps characters get. Spread the information around to give PCs the chance to share or sell information.
Climax	An auction of mutant slaves, takes place on a boat in the Hudson harbor.

Setting

Chinatown: Where the action starts. A building that doubles as a sweat shop. In the basement there are mutant slaves that are kept in advanced types of containment chambers.

Docks: A ship, need a desc. The ship serves as a mobile base of operations for the leaders of the Wah Tian. Once enough slaves are gathered in Chinatown vans take them to the ship to ready them for sale. The mutants are kept sedated (all kidnapped mutants should be NPC unless a PC should wish to volunteer for this very very boring job)

Warehouse: A warehouse, need a desc. The warehouse is where the auction will be taking place. All human criminal organizations and human supremacy groups will be invited to attend and should they wish, bid on mutants.

Scene hopes: Need at least 3 "war" scenes to dump information.

• First scene would be a Sentinel roundup of mutants that PC's can involve themselves in. During the battle Wah Tian gang members will kidnap mutants and take them away.

• Second scene would be Wah Tian gang members getting bolder and just grabbing mutant NPC's from the street in front of PCs.

Information Dumps:

• Police angle: More reports of missing persons, all being registered mutants. One very interested police officer that was "investigating" every unsolved case. Can be found being paid off by Wah Tian to shuffle the papers under the desk.
• Rykers angle: Mutant 'spy' found with a list of names and photos of the mutants who live in Rykers along with a name of one of the mid level members of the Wah Tian gang who operates the sweat shop.
• Xavier School angle: Charles pinpoints one of the mutants that has been taken. The mutant will be in the sweat shop.
• Independent angle: Indies have a few angles here… they can find the vans or the sweat shop. If any mutants try to question the residents of Chinatown they will only get silence (residents fear for their lives). If a wiz wants to scene with one or two indie investigating mutants, they can find a low level Wah Tian member and get the information about the auction.
